Where we ship
We ship to almost all countries within Europe from our base in Spain using a range of standard and tracked services including Correos (Spain), UPS, DHL & Zeleris.
Please note that we are unable to provide any tracking information on Standard Service options once the order has been despatched.
Orders outside Europe
Our Spain warehouse ships only to EU countries, including Ireland. Customers in the UK, Norway, Iceland & the Faroe Islands should visit our site at cannyco.com.
Orders received before our 12:00 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 12:00 will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 12:00 Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.
In general, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping method chosen. Please note that unforeseen events such as poor weather or transport disruption can impact delivery times. Check our website for the most up to date information.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. The Canny Company will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered fully and correctly when placing your order.
