Measure your dog’s neck

To ensure your Canny Collar fits accurately and is safe to use when walking your dog, take a tape and measure around your dog's neck snugly, to just behind the ears. Then, choose the correct size Canny Collar for your dog using the following measurements.

If your dog's neck measurement falls exactly between two sizes, our experience shows that the best option is normally to choose the smaller of the two sizes to ensure a good fit.

Sizes for common breeds

Below is a list of some common breeds and the corresponding size of Canny Collar that would typically fit an adult male dog. Younger dogs or females may need a smaller size.

Please note that this is an approximation only and that the most accurate way to ensure you choose the correct size for your dog is to use the measuring method as described above.

Where we ship

We ship to almost all countries within Europe from our base in Spain using a range of standard and tracked services including Correos (Spain), UPS and InPost. All offer tracking options.

Orders outside Europe

Our Spain warehouse ships only to EU countries, including Ireland. Customers in the UK, Norway, Iceland & South Africa should visit our site at cannyco.co.uk.

Despatch times

Orders received before our 12:00pm 'cut off time' will be despatched the same day and orders received after 12:00pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders received after 12:00pm Friday and over the weekend will be despatched at the first available opportunity which will be the following Monday.

Delivery times

In general, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping method chosen. Please note that unforeseen events such as poor weather or transport disruption can impact delivery times. Check our website for the most up to date information.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Incorrect address

If the delivery address is not entered correctly by the customer, orders may be returned to us automatically. CannyCo EU will not be responsible for the length of time it takes for the product to be returned, nor the cost of resending the item to the correct address, which will be re-invoiced to the customer before despatch.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered fully and correctly when placing your order.

Returns and refunds

We want to make sure that you love our products and that they make training your dog easy and fun. If you wish to return your order for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We allow 30 days for orders to be returned.

Items to be exchanged may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in unused condition, clean, and free of pet hair/smell, with the original tag. Items requiring cleaning or removal of pet hair will be charged a 4€ cleaning fee per item. Items that are worn, chewed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for all exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply if replacement items are priced higher than the original. For Canny Collars, please ensure you have ordered the correct size before use (see the page 'What Size Canny Collar') as the customer will be responsible for meeting the postage costs of any returns for an exchange of sizes. We will not be able to accept returns that are not fit for resale.

So that we can process your return more quickly, please enclose a printout of your e-mail receipt. Return the goods to us using this form and please write 'returned item' on the package. If you have any queries regarding returns or refunds, please contact us using the details below.

Ordering

What if I order the wrong size Canny Collar?

No problem. Providing you purchased the collar from our European website and return it to us within 7 days in a new and resaleable condition, we will exchange it for you. Simply return your collar to us along with a printout of this form and we'll do the rest.

How do the sizings work on the Canny Collar?

Since dogs, like humans, come in all shapes and sizes, it’s important to measure your dog's neck snugly to ensure you have the correct size Canny Collar. As your dog's neck can sometimes be hard to measure accurately (especially if there is a lot of fur), we have designed the Canny Collar so that each size overlaps with the sizes above and below, so there is some flexibility when choosing your size.

Once you have your collar fitted, it's advisable to test first in your garden or house to ensure it cannot come off over her head.

What if my dog is exactly between two sizes?

If your dog is exactly borderline between two sizes, we generally recommend getting the smaller size of the two options. If you have a puppy however, it may be worth waiting a month or so and buying the larger size.
